Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as operational and analytical lead for API governance, ensuring API inventory accuracy, data quality, and governance reporting.
  • •Analyze and reconcile API inventory, metadata, and ownership information across enterprise platforms; investigate and resolve discrepancies such as duplicates or stale assets.
  • •Develop, maintain, and communicate governance KPIs, KRIs, operational metrics, executive dashboards, and scorecards.
  • •Perform root-cause analysis for governance and data-quality issues and recommend process improvements, control enhancements, and automation opportunities.
  • •Execute governance processes and controls across the API lifecycle and drive governance findings remediation, validation, and escalation as needed.
