Key Responsibilities

  • •Consistently embody and communicate the brand philosophy and values while delivering outstanding customer service.
  • •Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of Store Advisors; manage daily zoning schedules and opening/closing procedures.
  • •Maintain product and brand expertise, contributing ideas for merchandising, store events, and community activities.
  • •Support operational excellence including inventory management (new product orders and fill-in orders) and accurate stock levels.
  • •Serve as primary contact for operational matters and train the team on BoH processes, including first-level POS troubleshooting and minor maintenance/facility tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • •Experience in Running, Fashion, or Sports industry is a plus, with strong passion for these areas.
  • •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and inspire the team.
  • •Ability to maintain a visually appealing store and uphold high visual merchandising standards.
  • •Proficient reading, writing, and speaking English.
