Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage in recruiting and enrollment activities using outbound calls, scheduled phone appointments, emails, chat, video chat, and SMS.
  • •Advise students on career and program interests, support the enrollment process, and guide students through admissions and catalog requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree focused in Business, Education, Psychology, or Communications.
  • •Minimum 3 years of relevant experience counseling/advising with stellar customer service and/or sales concierge experience, and managing a large customer base.
  • •Strong technology proficiency for student management and engagement, including student information systems and CRM tools such as Cvue, SalesForce, CampusLogic, Brightspace, Canvas, and Slate.
  • •Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Office and/or Google Apps for Work.
  • •Understanding of FERPA guidance and regulations, with strong consultative sales, problem-solving, conflict de-escalation, and communication skills.
