Job Summary

Join Zendesk’s Revenue Operations team to support “commerce to cash” processes, ensuring professional and managed services are billed accurately and timely. Advise sales reps through deal flow by reviewing service orders for compliance with finance audit reviews and revenue recognition policies. Help transition billing processes to the AMER region, drive process improvements and automation, provide ticketing support, and support SOX close activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure professional and managed services are billed timely and accurately in partnership with the professional services team.
•Transition and streamline professional and managed services billings for the AMER region to improve efficiency.
•Advise sales reps through deal flow by reviewing service orders for finance audit review and revenue recognition policy compliance.
•Prepare best practices and non-standard or strategic deals for management review, including guidance on deal structures, pricing models, and commercial terms.
•Support ticketing for sales/billing/provisioning issues and assist with SOX compliance and monthly/quarterly close items, plus ad-hoc process improvement and automation projects.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 66,000 - 100,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance.
•2+ years of experience supporting and advising Sales and cross-functional teams.
•Experience with SaaS subscription billing models and understanding of T&M and milestone billing.
•Familiarity with basic accounting concepts, contract management, and revenue/finance compliance needs.
•Experience with G-Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Salesforce (SFDC); Salesforce CPQ and Zuora are a plus.
