  • •Promote safety through training, project management, and other EHS responsibilities.
  • •Lead, develop, and challenge maintenance staff to create process stability while providing hands-on assistance as needed.
  • •Develop and implement long-term preventative and proactive maintenance strategies to minimize unplanned downtime.
  • •Partner with operations and engineering to scope, plan, and execute CapEx, end-to-end infrastructure, and business continuity projects.
  • •Manage and improve work order systems and spare parts, tools, and supply inventory to minimize operating costs and maintain efficient response times.

Key Requirements

  • •B.S. Degree in Engineering (preferred).
  • •3–5+ years of demonstrated success in a plant maintenance leadership role or engineering leadership role.
  • •Experience developing a technical training strategy and driving talent development, with a willingness to stay hands-on as needed.
  • •Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, including automation control, DCS systems, PLCs, sensors, and motor controls.
  • •Ability to manage multiple priorities, budgets, and engineering projects in a dynamic factory environment.
