Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement EH&S programs and provide safety support on specified projects in accordance with Applied Materials policies and government regulations.
  • •Coordinate safety aspects of operations and engineering across the company with customers and other organizations related to operations and product design.
  • •Develop skills to report and present safety-related status and issues to EH&S teams and business groups.
  • •Implement focused programs to resolve safety concerns and complaints about safety designed into new products, ensuring products meet safety requirements at shipment.
  • •Perform EH&S analysis on components, subsystems, and systems; prepare reports, investigate accidents, and specify corrective action programs, including delivery of safety information and awareness programs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,500 - 104,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •No supervisory responsibilities; accountable for developing technical contribution using conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within an EH&S discipline.
  • •Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge base across EH&S disciplines such as Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental, Facilities/Industrial Safety, Product Safety, Lab Safety and Sustainability.
  • •Use existing procedures to solve standard problems, analyze information and standard practices, and make judgments related to safety status and issues.
  • •Ability to work required physical conditions (standing for extended periods, walking, working in tight spaces, bending/squatting/twisting/kneeling/reaching/lifting).
