Patient Scheduling Clerk (Mediclinic Gariep, Kimberley, ZA, McDougal A)

Schedule theatre cases and manage theatre lists to ensure correct allocation, optimal utilisation of theatres, and timely communication to all relevant parties. Load bookings and theatre cases, allocate wards to support effective bed utilisation, and transfer theatre schedule information in line with the Patient Administration Manual. Apply clinical codes up to level 1 and use computer-based patient administration programmes (AS400) while leveraging anatomy knowledge and terminology.
