Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive, verify, inspect, store, preserve, and issue materials, components, tools, equipment, and supplies according to approved procedures while maintaining availability and record integrity.
  • •Store and control items in designated locations, including special-handling/preservation/traceability requirements, while segregating damaged, rejected, quarantined, and non-conforming materials.
  • •Maintain accurate inventory records and process receipts, issues, transfers, adjustments, and other transactions in ERP or WMS; conduct stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
  • •Ensure material identification and traceability (part numbers, revision status, lot numbers, serial numbers) and support Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) so only approved materials are issued.
  • •Coordinate with stakeholders (procurement, engineering, manufacturing, quality, logistics, maintenance, suppliers) on material requirements and inventory-related issues, and support safety, compliance, and audit readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • •3 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory management, warehouse operations, materials management, or logistics support in operational environments.
  • •Experience receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and controlling materials and inventory to support material availability and accuracy.
  • •Experience with inventory transactions, stock verification, material traceability, and inventory record management using approved procedures.
  • •Experience handling serialized inventory, lot-controlled materials, and traceability-related inventory records.
