Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a component of DoorDash Labs operations.
  • •Manage a PM shift (2:30-12:30AM MST) supporting autonomous testing.
  • •Communicate status updates to key stakeholders and identify/escalate/resolve issues.
  • •Serve as an escalation path for field issues, including incidents and onsite presence depending on severity.
  • •Be an expert in autonomous technology and track/convey changes while pushing and improving operational metrics.
