Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise global and regional teams on intellectual property matters, including brand protection, anticounterfeiting, and enforcement.
  • •Lead brand protection and anti-counterfeiting investigations and actions efficiently and aligned with business objectives.
  • •Develop and implement enforcement strategies.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders; conduct trainings and raise IP awareness.
  • •Build scalable processes, playbooks, and guidelines, and support strategic IP projects as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Law degree and 7+ years of legal experience, including in-house experience.
  • •Experience advising a global consumer-facing brand is preferred.
  • •Strong commercial judgment to balance legal risk with business objectives.
  • •Excellent negotiation and analytical skills, with fluent English communication.
