Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and develop high-value applications suitable for HP MJF technology, assessing feasibility, production readiness, scalability, and business viability.
  • •Provide DfAM guidance and redesign recommendations, advising on materials, process capability, tolerancing, surface finish, and performance requirements.
  • •Support production adoption and industrialization by developing scalable manufacturing workflows, optimizing build preparation and production efficiency, and performing cost-per-part/TCO analyses.
  • •Partner with Sales, channel partners, and business development on opportunities, supporting evaluations, proof-of-concepts, executive reviews, and sales pursuits.
  • •Troubleshoot printing, dimensional, and mechanical performance issues, conduct root-cause investigations, and standardize workflows for repeatability and consistency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in additive manufacturing, product development, manufacturing engineering, or related technical disciplines.
  • •Experience with powder bed fusion technologies (MJF, SLS, or equivalent preferred).
  • •Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production economics, and industrial workflows.
  • •Proficiency with CAD software and additive manufacturing preparation tools, with experience in customer-facing technical engagements.
