Key Responsibilities

  • •Repair, rebuild, or overhaul major assemblies of automobiles, buses, trucks, or tractors, including diagnosing trouble and determining repair scope.
  • •Conduct inspections during turn-in to verify condition, serviceability, and compliance with Army standards; recommend serviceable/unserviceable condition codes.
  • •Perform PMCS and corrective/preventive maintenance on engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, electrical, braking, and related systems.
  • •Record findings, repairs, and maintenance actions in required documents (e.g., DA Form 2404, DA Form 5988-E) and maintain accurate maintenance logs.
  • •Follow Army, OSHA, and company safety, HAZMAT handling, spill prevention, and environmental standards while coordinating with site teams.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of experience in motor vehicle maintenance, with Army tactical/non-tactical vehicle experience strongly preferred.

  • •Ability to diagnose and repair vehicle mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • •Ability to read and interpret Army TMs, schematics, and diagrams.
