Key Responsibilities

  • •Build sound buy forecasts and plan purchases using forecasts, current inventory, open purchase orders, and production constraints to keep inventory KPIs under control.
  • •Analyze sales history, sales/market input, and orderbooks to improve forecast accuracy and efficiency by addressing shortages and excess inventory.
  • •Manage system settings (SAP, MRP, INFOR) and support the monthly buy confirmation process with global supply planning and sourcing offices.
  • •Coordinate purchase order creation within the buy cycle and monitor sales orders coverage to support inventory operations.
  • •Perform qualitative and quantitative reporting and root-cause analysis on buy plan accuracy, track KPIs, and participate in ongoing process improvement discussions.

  • •Very good communication skills in English.
  • •Strong knowledge of Excel and experience in a Microsoft Windows environment.

  • •Bachelor or Master’s degree in Economics or Management (required).
