Job Summary

Lead and grow the software engineering function for Mastercard’s payments platform. You’ll manage 2+ Scrum teams, partner with product and architecture to ensure test-ready features, design scalable solutions in Java, drive automation and CI/CD strategies, mentor engineers, and optimize delivery and performance across internal and market-facing applications within a fast-paced, Agile environment.

•Estimate task complexity and assess development effort to optimize delivery timelines.
