Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the product engineering launch cycle, transitioning silicon from initial tape-out to high-volume manufacturing.
  • •Serve as the primary PE anchor during pre-silicon and post-silicon development by managing checkout plans, test vehicle preparation, and risk assessment gates.
  • •Author and execute SWRs for special work and sample buildup to support internal characterization, customer evaluation, and qualification reliability testing.
  • •Drive silicon validation and characterization by compiling, filtering, and evaluating large data sets to produce device characterization reports.
  • •Partner with project managers to track manufacturing milestones (wafer fab, assembly, final test) and flag bottlenecks to maintain on-time product releases.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Microelectronics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • •0–2 years of working experience.
  • •Cumulative 3.3 GPA or higher.
  • •Foundational understanding of hardware validation concepts, parametric testing, and semiconductor structures (e.g., diodes, FETs, ESD protection layouts).
