•Oversee technical design, detailing, and coordination with structural, MEP, and civil teams; ensure BIM models and drawings are accurate and up-to-date.
•Ensure designs comply with local codes, standards, and project requirements; participate in reviews and approvals with stakeholders.
•Manage design timelines, budgets, and milestones; monitor progress and drive issue resolution.
•Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to resolve design challenges and maintain project quality and schedule.
