Key Responsibilities

  • •Own post-close fund accounting records including reconciliations, NAVs, and financial statement preparation.
  • •Evolve and maintain controls and documentation for fund ledgers, NAV calculations, and capital call/distribution accounting on a quarterly cadence.
  • •Lead annual audit processes and regulatory reporting for fund-related audits with auditors and external partners.
  • •Lead the preparation and distribution of K-1s to investors annually.
  • •Lead the fund accounting team, ensure appropriate resourcing, and implement system/automation improvements that scale with transaction volume.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of fund accounting or fund administration experience.
  • •Prepare fund-level financial statements and coordinate audits.
  • •Prepare or review K-1s or other year-end tax documents.

  • •Operate in a regulated financial services or fintech environment; CPA designation or equivalent credential.
