Divisional Controller, Fund Accounting

Own fund-related accounting and reporting for a regulated secondary marketplace as transaction volume scales. You’ll mature fund accounting infrastructure and controls, ensure fund-level financial accuracy and compliance, and lead post-close records, NAV and capital call/distribution accounting, and auditable fund valuations. Lead annual fund audit processes, oversee investor K-1 preparation, partner cross-functionally across Finance, Legal, Sales & Trading, and manage and scale the fund accounting team.
