Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure proper operation of wave soldering equipment for electronic components, covering hardware and software aspects.
  • •Coordinate and perform preventive and corrective maintenance for wave soldering equipment and related adjacent equipment.
  • •Monitor and analyze machine performance and propose solutions to improve productivity while preserving final product quality.
  • •Define and implement corrective actions to eliminate rejects generated by equipment within the area of responsibility.
  • •Monitor and report unused time in the production area caused by technical defects and provide solutions to minimize interruptions, and prepare user/maintenance documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Secondary or higher studies in electronics, electrotechnics, automation, or mechatronics.
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
  • •Strong organization skills.
  • •Communication and teamwork abilities.
  • •Availability for 3-shift work and weekend support when specifically needed.
