Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner directly with senior leadership to shape company strategy, driving decisions on growth, investments, capital allocation, and organizational priorities.
  • •Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives to improve business performance, partnering with leaders across Product, Engineering, Operations, Go-to-Market, Recruiting, and People.
  • •Design operating rhythms for scaling, including planning, forecasting, performance management, and company-wide decision-making processes.
  • •Define long-term financial strategy, including fundraising, strategic planning, and evaluating new business opportunities.
  • •Shape how the AI-native finance organization is built, reimagining how AI augments planning, analysis, decision-making, and execution.

Key Requirements
