Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify AI opportunities and own them end-to-end from problem definition through production rollout with stakeholders.
  • •Develop, productionize, and operate machine learning models and GenAI applications at scale, including integrating and optimizing LLMs for production environments.
  • •Implement and scale Care AI agents and improve AI-powered features to increase agent efficiency, detect customer sentiment, and speed up resolutions.
  • •Promote AI best practices internally and share work to raise awareness about AI capabilities.
  • •Regularly present work internally (demos, internal conferences) to technical, engineering, and product stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of industry experience in data science or related fields with a Master’s or PhD in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Economics, Sciences, or Engineering).
  • •Proven track record leading impactful data science initiatives that solve real business problems.
  • •Deep knowledge of the ML lifecycle, algorithms, best practices, and hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and GenAI APIs.
  • •Ability to design end-to-end AI and data architectures integrating with product systems and engineering infrastructure, with strong Python skills and software engineering fundamentals (testing, code review, deployment).
  • •Proficiency in AI-assisted and agentic coding workflows (e.g., Claude Code) and strong communication skills.
