Job Summary

Job Function: Banking, Lending & Credit

Key Responsibilities

•Support daily operations in respective area, such as corporate account opening, maintenance and local regulatory system reporting.
•Provide quality services to customers.
•Ensure that all routine tasks are handled properly and efficiently by following internal procedure manual as well as relevant regulations.
•Prepare daily reports for related parties, e.g. PBOC and SAFE.
•Handle ad hoc data clean up, prepare periodic / ad hoc reports as required by the management and / or regulators from time to time.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in branch operations.
•Sound knowledge of the regulations of PBOC and SAFE.
•Strong customer service orientation, and good communication and interpersonal skills.
•Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with good knowledge of PC application software.
•Bank trade service related working experience is a plus.
