Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage entitlement due diligence, including preparation of schedules, site-related reports, surveying/plat requirements, preliminary site engineering, and entitlement applications.
•Manage and oversee consultants and external partners such as architects, land use counsel, civil engineers, and environmental specialists.
•Process entitlement applications for rezoning, development agreements, design review, general plan amendments, variances, and related environmental permits.
•Prepare for, attend, and present to local jurisdictions and property owners at hearings and municipal meetings.
•Develop and manage development budgets and timeline schedules, and negotiate/finalize entitlements and outside consultant contracts.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in real estate development focused on entitlements and project management.

•Ability to read and understand complex zoning codes, general plans, specific plans, and technical reports.
•Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
