Key Responsibilities

•Understand the client’s technology environment and align Field Service capabilities to achieve business objectives.
•Translate complex business needs into solution architectures and delivery roadmaps for Field Service, asset management, and mobility.
•Position Salesforce’s Field Service solution by analyzing market, competition, and technical architecture.
•Facilitate technical design sessions, including designing and documenting workflows and business-aligned architectures.
•Manage end-to-end value demonstrations and technical due diligence, including risk evaluation for complex mobile planning deployments.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in enterprise software presales, solutions consulting, or technical architecture focused on Field Service, asset management, or mobile workforce management.
•A degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
•Deep expertise in Salesforce Field Service (FSL), including optimization of planning, mobile capabilities, and asset management configuration.
•Proven ability to design and present end-to-end solution architectures for complex enterprise-scale deployments.
•Experience facilitating technical discovery sessions and translating business requirements into architectures and roadmaps.
