Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day technical supervision and engineering guidance for highway construction and development works.
  • •Supervise construction activities including earthwork, pavement, drainage, road safety, road furniture, interchanges, and associated highway structures.
  • •Monitor the contractor’s work programme, construction methodology, quality control, and progress to ensure timely completion.
  • •Review and verify designs, drawings, method statements, material submissions, test results, and other technical documents.
  • •Ensure compliance with relevant MoRTH/NHAI specifications, IRC codes, BIS standards, approved project specifications, and contractual requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
  • •Professional experience of at least 12 years in Highway Projects.
  • •At least 5 years experience in similar capacity in Highway Development Project.
  • •Handled at least 2 major highway projects (40%+ of project length) including 4/6/8 laning configurations and above.
  • •Experience/qualification aligned with highway construction supervision, including major bridges and rehabilitation/repair works (as applicable).
