Cashier / Filing / Billing Clerk - Audi of West Houston

Receive and process customer payments for goods and services, calculate bills using the dealership computer system, and accurately record transactions on repair orders/counter tickets. Make change, issue receipts, handle refunds for approved returns, and reconcile cash/check/credit card totals at end of shift. Provide a friendly, professional customer experience, assist the accounting office with clerical tasks, maintain service files, and support receptionist duties as needed.
