Universal Banker

Provide customer service in a retail banking environment by processing daily financial transactions and opening deposit accounts. Identify client needs through consultative conversations, recommend appropriate products and services, and cross-sell or refer partners to grow relationships. Support outbound calls and assist clients with personal/retail loan application processing handoffs. Ensure compliance with bank regulations, risk management policies, internal controls, and the code of ethics while helping with daily banking center operations and training.
