Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the delivery of assigned project packages, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality targets.
  • •Supervise and manage contractors to ensure works are executed as per specifications, drawings, and project milestones.
  • •Direct, coordinate, and monitor the supervision team in conducting daily inspections of construction activities.
  • •Ensure full compliance with HSE requirements and promote a safety-first culture across all site operations.
  • •Review and endorse contractors’ technical submittals, method statements, material approvals, and construction drawings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline (Master’s Degree preferred)
  • •Professional Engineering license or Chartership (e.g., CEng, PE) is an advantage
  • •Comprehensive understanding of Dubai Authority procedures and approval processes (RTA, DM, DEWA, etc.)
  • •Minimum 20 years of post-graduate experience in design and supervision of major infrastructure projects
  • •Proven UAE/Dubai experience with RTA and Dubai Municipality infrastructure projects
