Own the end-to-end administration of North American employee benefits across the US and Canada, including open enrollment, leave-of-absence plans, and retirement programs. Ensure compliance with US and Canadian statutory requirements, maintain precise benefits data in Workday and related systems, and partner with Payroll for accurate deductions and reporting. Analyze utilization and cost trends, oversee benefits vendors and SLAs, and support program implementation and wind-downs.
