•Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.

•Train homeowners on using their new system to protect their families.
•Provide ongoing customer support through consultative interactions during service appointments.
•Conduct safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for technicians and customers.

Key Requirements

•Experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales is a plus, with a sales mindset.

•Valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and ability to pass post-offer background investigation and licensing requirements.
•Ability to lift/carry up to 45 lbs and climb ladders (up to 14 feet) while working in confined spaces like attics.
