Job Summary

Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for modernizing the Hogan core banking ecosystem, turning legacy capabilities into intelligent, scalable platforms. Own backlogs, user stories, release plans, and adoption, while tracking KPIs and ensuring regulatory, security, and operational readiness.

•Lead the product roadmap and delivery for Hogan modernization and AI enablement, including knowledge transformation integrating core banking data and SME expertise into RAG-enabled solutions
•Partner with engineering and architecture teams to modernize Hogan core banking platforms by securely connecting Hogan data with AI systems for grounded, context-aware insights
•Define and prioritize product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans
•Drive migration of legacy business logic and workflows into modern, scalable technology solutions
•Collaborate with business, operations, risk, and technology partners; monitor modernization progress and KPIs; evaluate emerging technologies and ensure regulatory, security, and operational requirements
