Key Responsibilities

•Verantwortung und Steuerung des Prozesses der Angebotserstellung von der Ausschreibung bis zum Vertragsabschluss.
•Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsteam bereits im Voraus der Ausschreibung und Aufbau direkter Kundenbeziehung während aller Phasen des Angebotsprozesses.
•Identifikation der erforderlichen Ressourcen sowie Zusammenstellung und Leitung des Projektteams zur Beantwortung der Ausschreibung.
•Design von kreativen und überzeugenden Lösungen sowie maßgeschneiderten Value Propositions zur Lösung der Kundenanforderungen.
•Coachen der Fachbereiche beim Schreiben der Angebotsinhalte.

Key Requirements

•Experience in bid management or project management, with ability to lead cross-functional teams and coach subject-m-matter experts in proposal writing.
•Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills with a high level of accuracy.
•Excellent German language skills, good English, and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•Proven ability to build internal networks and manage tender processes from RFP to contract.
•Experience in selling solutions or bid management certifications (APMP) is a plus.
