Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategic initiatives focused on distribution and shelving for category performance across retail channels.
  • •Develop category, shopper, and consumer insights-based selling materials to support opportunity identification and category leadership.
  • •Support price/pack architecture, channel strategy, and commercialization priorities to align with the Annual Operating Plan.
  • •Provide aisle flow and planogram recommendations, including gold standard aisle flow and future aisle vision.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams and field sales/category management on joint business planning and customer-facing strategic presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree required.
  • •8+ years of CPG experience with exposure to category management, analytics/reporting, customer sales/customer management, shopper insights, and category strategy.
  • •Experience leveraging syndicated data sources (e.g., IRI, Nielsen, Numerator) to generate category, shopper, and consumer insights.
  • •Experience with space management software (e.g., JDA, Apollo).
  • •Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
