Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain production schedules, coordinate purchasing needs, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous process improvements.
  • •Engage the production plan for required materials, parts, and subassemblies and collaborate with procurement/operations to mitigate material shortages.
  • •Maintain plant metrics including customer on-time delivery, backlog, days-on-hand inventory, and past-due work orders/schedules.
  • •Use annual and monthly operating plans to set objectives and performance expectations for the materials management team.
  • •Lead annual physical inventory activities and lead the production planning team in executing the master production schedule, CTB process, and weekly production plan, including training/education for planning teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •5 years of experience in production planning, master scheduling, or other supply chain areas in a manufacturing environment.
  • •5 years of experience in SAP ECC and/or MRP planning and scheduling modules.
  • •2 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • •Preferred: APICS CSCP or CPIM certification or a master’s degree in engineering, supply chain, or operations.
