Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of hands-on EMI/EMC design and testing experience in military, aerospace, or avionics sectors.
  • •Extensive familiarity with EMC/EMI standards and regulations, including MIL-STD-461G, MIL-STD-464D, RTCA DO-160, and SAE.
  • •Deep expertise in E3 design principles and mitigation (including HERO, HEMP, Lightning Protection, ESD, RF exposure limits, and operational electromagnetic compatibility).
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
