Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow Safe Standard Procedures for all assigned tasks.
  • •Assist with felting of the machine and start-up operations.
  • •Remove broke and handle rejected rolls (including hauling to the roll splitter and splitting rolls if necessary).
  • •Retrieve shipping materials from the storage area and inspect powered equipment each shift, completing daily forklift inspection sheets.
  • •Assist with housekeeping, train on operating fork truck and/or Bobcat, and support scrap processing (wire/bale waste paper, guillotine operation, waste paper grade identification).
