•Own visual direction from planning through execution, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
•Utilize reporting tools with management to identify opportunities in product placement, outfitting, and stock levels.

•Prior retail leadership experience with a track record of developing and coaching teams to deliver results.
•Strong visual merchandising skills with experience in planning, product knowledge, and using reporting data to drive merchandising decisions.

•Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate cross-functionally with store leadership and partners.
