Key Responsibilities

•Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that are central, mission-critical, and drive revenue across industries.
•Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from pilot to deployment, defining best practices and evolving agents in production environments.
•Partner with large enterprises and cutting-edge startups to understand business challenges and embed AI agents across their operations.
•Build the future of the Sierra platform by surfacing unmet needs, prototyping new tools and features, and collaborating with research, product, and platform teams.
•Collaborate with customers to understand needs and translate them into scalable agent solutions across domains.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SGD 295,000 - 495,000 annually
