Job Summary

Lead and grow AI research scientists and AI research engineers building Netflix recommendation and personalization algorithms for two teams: homepage construction and title ranking. Own the technical roadmap across mature production models and generative, LLM-based approaches, guide major ML transitions, and drive infrastructure, experimentation, and quality across the product surface. Partner with adjacent EMs and product management to translate member experience goals into model strategy and measurable experimentation.
