Key Responsibilities

  • •Formulate a buying strategy, plan, and approach in line with Brand and MAF Lifestyle guidelines.
  • •Direct and manage vendor sourcing, development, contract negotiation, purchasing, and liaising with supply chain and warehouse for efficiency.
  • •Ensure profitable product ranges are developed and bought to maximize profit and sales; build OTB by store, category, and subcategory.
  • •Manage stock with GM to reduce lost sales and balance product mix through careful buying.
  • •Contribute to development of annual business plans, budgets, buying strategies, and monitor performance to meet financial targets.

Key Requirements

  • •4-5 years in a senior Merchandising role
  • •Experience in a retail background mandatory
  • •Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Fashion, Marketing or related field
  • •Qualification in Retail Management / Purchasing / Sales or related subjects
