Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare/review accurate Reconciliations packs for Alternative/Traditional fund portfolios with expected quality and timeliness.
  • •Ensure quality control across multiple portfolios for multiple locations and promote service-quality focus.
  • •Implement key process changes and deliver continuous process improvement, including automation and efficiency in connectivity.
  • •Act as a focal point for fund-specific technical queries, resolve issues by raising exceptions to appropriate teams, and finalize packs after actions.
  • •Support product/activities rollout within Reconciliations scope, participate in UAT and deliver process improvements, and provide coverage as alternate for the 1st line manager.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in commerce or qualifications to accounting/finance, or relevant experience.
  • •3–5 years of relevant funds administration experience.
  • •Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliations, including the E2E Fund Accounting Model.
  • •Detailed understanding of end-to-end process risk and control points within a single sub-process.
  • •Strong team management skills, including handling personnel issues and meeting deadlines.
