Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead engineers while staying close to the code through review and pairing and making architecture calls.
  • •Set and drive high performance standards and act on performance gaps.
  • •Own the engineering process and execution cadence, improving agile execution continuously.
  • •Lead end-to-end engineering domains from system design through deployment and on-call.
  • •Partner with product leadership to co-author high-level solution plans and maintain momentum without handoffs.
