Job Summary

Design and scale secure, resilient systems that improve uptime, reliability, and scalability for real-world commerce and financial services. Key Responsibilities

•Lead structural initiatives to improve resilience, uptime, and scalability, and govern resilient design patterns and transversal best practices.
•Design secure, resilient system architectures aligned to business needs, including AI-based solutions to optimize reliability (anomaly detection, incident prediction, and intelligent response automation).
•Model and prioritize uptime by service criticality, evaluate technical maturity, and design domain evolution plans.
•Drive advanced observability and custom instrumentation adoption, including AI-driven tasks and automations, with end-to-end traceability and effective alerting thresholds.
•Identify technical bottlenecks via deep profiling/troubleshooting and elevate technical execution through war rooms and postmortems, mentoring teams and TLs to build SRE culture.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in development with distributed systems, scalable microservices, and APIs, plus cloud architectures.
•Manage uptime, high availability, and scalability with both preventive and reactive incident approaches, with deep SRE incident response and reliability engineering practices.
•Lead continuous improvement processes, including operational failures/problems management, executive summaries, KPI management, and setting technical objectives.
•Advanced observability and troubleshooting experience, including profiling, effective alerting thresholds, custom instrumentation, and end-to-end traceability/correlation of technical and business metrics.
•Experience with event sourcing and designing/integrating AI/ML solutions for operations (e.g., anomaly detection, capacity forecasting, incident classification, and LLM-assisted runbooks) using frameworks/tools like Python and scikit-learn with MLOps platforms.
