Job Summary

Own Andela’s organic and paid social media strategy with a focus on LinkedIn and other B2B platforms. Build and maintain content calendars, create and publish audience-relevant content, and support employee advocacy and executive thought leadership. Plan and optimize paid campaigns, run A/B tests, and track key KPIs to continuously improve performance. Collaborate across marketing, content, design, PR, and growth teams while reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage Andela’s organic social presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, and other B2B platforms, maintaining brand voice and high-quality content.
•Develop and maintain social media content calendars aligned to campaigns, launches, thought leadership, and company milestones; create and publish B2B-focused content.
•Plan, build, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline contribution, including budget pacing and targeting strategy.
•Run A/B tests on creative, copy, audiences, and placements; track KPIs and use data to recommend improvements to content and paid performance.
•Collaborate with content, brand, design, growth, and PR teams to amplify key stories and campaigns; support employee advocacy and executive thought leadership.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•3–4 years of experience in social media marketing with a focus on B2B audiences.
•Hands-on experience managing both organic and paid social programs, with essential LinkedIn expertise.
•Track record of growing social audiences and driving measurable B2B engagement.
•Experience working with or alongside demand generation or growth marketing teams is a strong plus.
•Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social) and comfort translating analytics into recommendations.
