Lead strategy and initiatives for the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) industry vertical for HP’s Z by HP Workstations. Drive partner programs, customer advisory collaboration, and cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Product Planning, and Sales. Use deep AEC industry knowledge to influence product roadmaps, GTM strategies, and brand leadership, while building key partnerships and speaking to executives.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead industry strategy for the AEC vertical, working collaboratively with business units and other corporate teams.
•Develop world-class partner programs and initiatives in close collaboration with partners, business units and Marketing Communications teams.
•Lead and host CTO and IT Decision Maker Customer Advisory Councils in collaboration with Product Planning; gather customer feedback on product roadmap and present results to R&D.
•Identify unique market trends and insights to inform a customer-centric approach to Product Planning, Product Management, GTM Marketing, and Worldwide Marketing.
•Develop tactical industry plans and see them through to implementation and completion.

Key Requirements

•10+ years’ experience in the AEC industry
•Bachelor’s degree, MBA a plus
•Broad network of global AEC customer and partner contacts
•Deep understanding of 3D CAD, design, rendering, simulation, and AI workflows, and customer hardware and software requirements
•Strong leadership, subject matter expertise, and communication skills
