Job Summary

Own and grow Pharma-focused, large-customer advertising relationships for Reddit’s Large Customer Sales team. Build upfront and joint business plans, establish new agency and client partnerships, and use internal/external data to shape strategy and proposals. Lead client meetings end-to-end, communicate product updates, and partner with Account Management and Ad Operations to exceed marketing goals. Aggregate client feedback to help shape the ads roadmap and mentor teammates while delivering top sales results.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners (agencies and direct clients) to drive year-over-year revenue growth.
•Construct upfront and joint business plans and establish new client relationships by educating them on Reddit and the ads platform.
•Use internal and external data to inform client strategies and pitch proposals while meeting all project deadlines.
•Own client meetings from agenda through final presentation, setting expectations, identifying outcomes, and communicating clear next steps.
•Collaborate with Account Management and Ad Operations to meet marketing goals and shape the ads product roadmap through client feedback and campaign metrics.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 142,200 - 199,100 annually

Key Requirements

•12+ years of experience in digital media with at least 7+ years in sales, with Pharma client experience preferred.
•Proven experience owning partnerships with complex enterprise organizations and managing relationships up through C-level executives.
•Deep industry expertise in a specific vertical and/or measurement solutions, including strong knowledge of social media and native advertising.
•Experience building and executing long-term account growth strategies and achieving against sales targets.
•BA/BS degree (or equivalent work experience), plus the ability to lead special projects.
