Senior Collections Account Processor

Process documents and maintain accurate records for customer accounts by updating account information, recording transactions, and summarizing received documents. Handle customer inquiries and requests, resolve customer problems, and provide administrative support including report completion. Work closely with required systems and procedures, using strong customer service skills and effective verbal and written communication. Shift-based onsite work in Chennai with 5 days in office.
