  • •Lead and manage technical and operational execution for repair station and product support functions, including staffing, scheduling, workload allocation, and shop flow.
  • •Ensure compliance with FAA, OSHA, EPA, HAZMAT, EEOC, company SOP, 145 Repair Station, and AS9110 standards, coordinating audits and corrective actions.
  • •Streamline product support processes and tools to improve response times and first-contact resolution; analyze reliability and support data to reduce repeat issues.
  • •Manage customer escalations and maintain professional, timely communications with customers, the FAA, and other stakeholders.
  • •Hire, mentor, and develop managers, technicians, support staff, and project leads; set goals and conduct performance reviews; drive continuous improvement and alignment across teams.
