Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate pricing strategy into scalable business processes, platforms, and tools by partnering with Pricing Transformation leaders.
  • •Analyze pricing data, quoting behavior, discounting patterns, and margin performance to define clear business requirements, epics, user stories, and process flows.
  • •Collaborate with Pricing, Sales Operations, Product Management, Engineering, and others to modernize pricing workflows and ensure solutions meet quality standards and business objectives.
  • •Enable solution delivery and adoption through UAT, change management, deployment readiness, training, and continuous optimization.
  • •Lead stakeholder engagement by facilitating workshops, driving alignment, and supporting roadmap planning and prioritization using a data-driven approach.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 139,200 - 191,400 annually

  • •7–12 years of experience in product management, business analysis, pricing, strategy & operations, or digital transformation.
  • •Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives across business, product, and engineering teams.
