Support Robinhood’s Employee Relations team by assisting day-to-day ER operations, aligning policies with legal requirements, and helping manage investigations. Assist with severance agreements and accommodation logistics, monitor the ER inbox for standard inquiries, and help deliver ER-related training with Learning & Development and Legal.
