Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage multiple facilities and infrastructure projects across operations to meet time, cost, quality, and safety requirements.
  • •Coordinate internal teams, contractors, consultants, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers, including tender and project documentation.
  • •Monitor contractor performance and manage project risks, resolving technical or commercial issues during execution.
  • •Maintain project schedules and deliver regular governance and status reporting against KPIs, supporting PMO frameworks and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • •Preferred professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.
  • •Minimum 7–10 years of experience in project or senior project management roles.
  • •Experience delivering facilities or infrastructure projects in large-scale, operationally critical environments.
  • •Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and contractor teams.
